WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO
Several years ago, we embarked on a Journey through out care homes to gather not only experiences, but also what we call ‘Service and Improvement Tools’ which implies generating realistic facts of how carers carry out their duties , the common day to day problems they encounter, and how to better improve them.
After our findings, our statistics show us that many homes are lacking competent, disciplined, quality and well trained agency workers which is what becomes our motivation .

0We are the Health Care Assistant’s family who give up their Christmas Days together so that others are not alone on such a special day. We are the people who work behind the scenes to keep everything organised, from a last-minute hospital discharge to a Health Care Assistant being held up with a poorly client. We are the local community who relies on everyone pulling together to keep people where they belong, in their care and residential home receiving warm care. We are all of these people and more, we are a community, we are a family. We are Carefully Recruitment Services Ltd.
Carefully Care Services Ltd is the 90-year-old former Headteacher with Parkinson’s. We are the 72-year-old former Army Sergeant with MS. We are the wife with Dementia and the husband who does everything he can to help her. We are the son who worries about his Father because he lives 100 miles away and needs health care. We are the client’s wife who does everything she can to keep her husband at home and will never give up on him. We are the Health Care Assistant who gets up at 5am, walks her dog and makes packed lunches for her family before she heads out into the cold winter morning to deliver health care for her clients.
